Whether his clients are elite athletes seeking Paul’s years of expertise, or people who simply want to lose weight, increase muscle mass or learn how to improve their own workouts, Paul stays focused on consistency and discipline. He sees personal training as both a job and a way of life for those who want to change their bodies, and their lives, in a positive way.

All sessions are conducted on a one-one basis and consist of a full hour of Paul’s undivided attention, with a focus on safety and proper form. All programs are specifically designed and customized by Paul to meet each client’s needs and agenda. Workouts typically integrate high-intensity weight training, circuit training, muscle and core training, cardio bursts and endurance. Functional strength, conditioning and movement work are all part of the mix.

An advocate for well-balanced diets and opposed to fads, Paul offers nutritional counseling and provides access to nutritional groups to help with weight loss, weight gain and increasing muscle mass.
