How long until I see results?

It depends on your starting point, frequency, and goal. Most members feel meaningful fitness gains in 6 to 12 weeks. Visible body composition changes typically show up in 3 to 6 months. The major transformations on this page took anywhere from seven months to two years of consistent work.

Are these results typical?

These are members who showed up consistently. Not typical of every member, but not unattainable either. The pattern that produces results is the same one every time: real programming, regular sessions, and not quitting in month three.

Do I need a personal trainer to get results like these?
